Monday to Friday: 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Ans: The diet includes simple, home-cooked meals — nothing fancy. You’ll eat foods like curd, nuts, chapati/rice, dal, paneer, fruits, and vegetables.
Ans: Yes — but only after a blood test. Supplements will be recommended based on your individual deficiencies and requirements.
Ans: Yes, it’s highly recommended. While weight loss is possible without exercise, it won’t be sustainable. Movement is essential for long-term health.
